Okay, so the post where I said 197lbs, it was really like 197.6.
So now I'm at 196.8, a pound away from my pre-Christmas weight. Once I get there, I'll feel better about losing the rest, since I won't be playing catch up.
I suck. I weigh myself everyday.
I did the stairmaster for the first time today, and it was ridiiiiculous. 10 mins, 37 floors, and more sweat than I've ever seen pour off my body. It was amazing.

Way to go, Chels!! But you really need to stop weighing yourself on the scale every day. Try to do it every so often and as a reminder just put a rubberband on your wrist and flick at it when you get the temptation to go and try, lol. But really, good job! You're on your way to reaching your goal =)

eat right, follow the damn food pyramid that they show you in grade school.
Don't eat so many foods with trans-fat..im not saying quit eating junk food, i mean, do not so much of it, and finally
exercise, exercise, exercise...
exercise at least 3 times a week
thats how you lose a whole lot of weight
